Looking for Sailing Instructors

Get ready for the summer of your life. CYC is looking for instructors for summer 2025. We can provide housing for a few in our little headquarters (oh, btw, it's got the best ocean view you've ever seen). We also offer competitive salary depending on role/experience. Adult Sailing Lessons

Whether you're an old salt who's sailed before or you're a new salt who's never sailed - come join us for some fun on the waters of Cuttyhunk. Join us to learn or re-learn how to skipper or be crew. Come solo or bring some friends — all are welcome. ​We're even offering adult racing. Check the clubhouse bulletin board or let an instructor know ​you’re interested. Or email ​[email protected] 

68 Years and Counting 

Established in 1956, the Cuttyhunk Yacht Club is a not-for-profit organization that offers sailing lessons to children six and older, as well as adults. The mission of the CYC is to foster a joy of sailing, instill confidence in sailors of all ages, provide our young people with meaningful leadership opportunities, and nourish a shared connection with the waters of Buzzards Bay.
